These take place before anything else and are often used to photograph bonding moments with the wedding party and/or parents as you prepare for your special day. If you're unsure, just reach out and we can discuss it together!
Please outline when guests will be arriving and what time the ceremony will start.
Is there anything unique that I should know about happening during your ceremony? Example, throwing confetti, bubbles, a secret handshake?
This is when you ask guests to be fully present in your wedding by putting away their mobile phones, cameras and iPads. If yes, make sure your officiant or MC announces this when guests are seated or provide a ceremony sign. Sometimes cameras can take away from the overall look of your professional photos.
Add names and list any important photos. Please indicate stepparents or other groups we should know about. To have more time for your couple's session, I suggest limiting the groups as much as possible to ten or less. This is usually about ten minutes if it goes efficiently. To ensure it does, please select two loud and friendly people to help round up the troops. Start with the largest grouping from each side of the family and then break down into smaller groups!
